The purpose of this survey is to better understand community interest in localized preorder produce systems and neighborhood food accessibility initiatives. Participation is voluntary.
The Community Store initiative is seeking individuals interested in supporting community outreach, neighborhood engagement, flyer distribution, event support, and future accessibility-centered initiatives connected to the development of healthier and more connected community systems.
