Refund policy

 

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any purchases, including event tickets, artwork, prints, or merchandise.

Refunds will only be issued if:

  • An item arrives damaged, or

  • An event is canceled by the organizer

If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery with proof of damage to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
